Jaunita Additions

The expansion was designed to maximize height and open up the living spaces while preserving the home's original character and proportions. Rather than feeling like an addition, the intent was to create a seamless extension that maintains a cohesive look and feel, both inside and out. Vaulted ceilings and large windows enhance the sense of volume, bringing natural light deeper into the home and strengthening the connection to the outdoors. Designed in collaboration with Highland Design, the reconfigured layout creates an open-concept experience from the moment you walk in, with interiors defined by warmth, openness, and clarity. Every element was carefully considered to increase functionality and spaciousness without making the home feel oversized or awkward, allowing the additions to blend naturally with the existing architecture.
