What We Do
We’re a boutique design + build team on the Eastside, and we’ve called Kirkland home for more than a decade. Living here gives us a deep understanding of the city, the neighborhoods, and what people truly want in a home. Whether it’s a remodel, an addition, or a brand-new construction, we focus on creating spaces that reflect the people who live in them and the communities they belong to.
