Corvide Co-Op

Corvidae Co-op is an award-winning demonstration project in Rainier Valley, created to make homeownership possible for people who might not otherwise be able to afford a home in their own neighborhood. The project was designed in collaboration with Frolic, UrbanBlack, Allied 8 Architecture and Design, Habitat for Humanity Seattle–King & Kittitas Counties, City of Seattle, Green Canopy Node, Epperstone Homes, 1st Security Bank, Rainier Valley CDFI, and the Local Enterprise Assistance Fund (LEAF).
